All swords and other bladed products sold on this website are hand-forged and supplied unsharpened; however, they still present inherent safety risks. Improper handling or use may result in serious injury or death. By purchasing any bladed product from this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You must handle all bladed products with extreme care and caution.
  • You must store all bladed products securely and prevent access by children, unauthorized persons, or anyone unfamiliar with proper blade-safety practices.
  • You must not carry any bladed product in public unless it is fully enclosed in a secure scabbard or protective case and such possession or transportation is permitted by applicable local law.
  • You must comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws governing the purchase, possession, transportation, display, and use of bladed products.

You understand that it is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of purchasing, importing, owning, and possessing swords or other bladed weapons in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

Assumption of Risk

Your possession and use of any product purchased from this website are entirely at your own risk. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with the ownership, handling, storage, display, maintenance, and use of the product.
  • We are not responsible for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All products are handmade and may therefore exhibit minor variations or imperfections. Handmade pieces cannot achieve the exact uniformity of mass-produced goods. Although our swordsmiths and artisans take great care in creating each piece, these natural variations are part of what makes every product distinctive, visually compelling, and unique.

Each hand-forged sword is made with dedication and meticulous attention to detail. Slight variations in blade weight, length, dimensions, finish, and appearance are normal characteristics of the hand-forging process.

Color and Material Policy

Actual colors and materials may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen. Monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and camera settings may affect color tone and brightness. We therefore cannot accept refund requests solely on the basis of minor differences in color or material appearance. If you believe the difference is substantial, please send clear photographs of the product to our Customer Service team for review.

Measurement and Customization Policy

All made-to-order products require accurate measurements or sizing information from the customer. A measurement profile is maintained for each registered customer. Please follow the instructions in your account profile carefully when submitting your measurements.

If you submit incorrect measurements and are unable to update your profile in time, you may send the corrected measurements to us within 12 hours of placing your order. You are responsible for keeping your measurement profile accurate and up to date when ordering customized products. Errors in customer-provided measurements do not constitute grounds for a refund or return.

If you change your measurements after placing an order, please notify us through the Customer Service contact form below. If this is your first time submitting measurements, please measure carefully and verify that all information is accurate before submission.

Sharpened Blade Restrictions

Due to applicable Chinese restrictions governing sharpened bladed items, all products are supplied unsharpened. The edges are left unsharpened without compromising the structural integrity, material quality, or craftsmanship of the blade.
